OmniSpace will oversee the entire event from collating and issuing invitations from various parties, to tracking RSVP’s, securing the necessary permits, managing security clearances, marketing your event and creating branding collateral.
OmniSpace will compile and share pre-and post-event records and reports and help prepare annual tax records as required.
OmniSpace will convene and oversee operations meetings, site evaluation and preparation, and other required meetings and will take and distribute minutes and follow up to ensure execution of all of the decisions all through the implementation and execution of the event.
OmniSpace will create and handle all contractual agreements related to third party suppliers including maintenance, décor etc.
